For Florida firefighters in the US, Saturday morning began with the rescue of a deaf and visually impaired dog that was stuck in a drain pipe. They spent about two hours on the rescue operation.

No one knows how the animal ended up in this pipe. Maybe he wanted to find adventure in this way, or maybe because of poor eyesight, he accidentally climbed there.

In any case, a lot of effort was spent on his salvation, especially since the dog is mainly guided only by scent. So maybe she caught some scent that she was interested in and followed him.

The family that owns the dog noticed that he was nowhere to be found. so they immediately started looking and found their pet in the drainpipe. But they couldn’t pull him out themselves, and apparently he got stuck there, so he also couldn’t get out on his own. Then the owners decided to turn to the rescuers.

Firefighters quickly arrived, taking with them all the necessary equipment.

But still, it was very difficult to get the dog out. They made many different attempts, but it took them about two hours to save the animal.

The dog was very happy when he finally found himself in the arms of his family. He happily wagged his tail, licked the faces of the owners and still could not stop kissing all his saviors.

Pictures taken during the rescue show the dog climbing deep into a narrow pipe and then exiting its trap in front of worried rescuers.

The dog was frightened and tired, but did not receive any injuries. But most of all, the dog was happy to be with his family again!
