Judo, a cute dog, had suffered multiple fractures in his front paw, which caused him immense pain. Fortunately, RRSA India came to his rescue after he was hit by a car.

Dogs that have been hit by cars or suffered some other trauma often experience multiple fractures, just like Judo.

Despite his injuries, Judo remained resilient and showed a strong spirit. Even though he was clearly uncomfortable with his injured leg, his tail continued to wag, demonstrating his confidence and will to live.

The sweet and brave little dog underwent a blood test and an X-ray to diagnose the extent of his injuries.

Despite the normal results of Judo’s blood test and X-ray, the multiple fractures in his leg required immediate stabilization with intravenous fluids, analgesics, and antibiotics to prevent infection. He was then transferred to a specialized veterinary hospital with advanced surgical equipment. Due to the high risk of infection and compromised blood flow, the decision was made to amputate his leg. Before the surgery, he was carefully bandaged to provide support and alleviate his pain. In addition to the fractures, Judo had severe lacerations.

Despite the difficult decision to amputate Judo’s leg, the rescue team remained hopeful for his recovery and did everything they could to comfort him. They reassured him that he would soon feel better and recover from the surgery. The team hoped that their efforts would be enough to save the brave little dog’s life.
