The baby that our story is about today is called Daisy. She was a favorite pet in the family of Doug and Grace Jones. A few years ago, the dog was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that causes skeletal muscle weakness. This led to an upset esophagus, due to which the animal could not eat and drink normally.

The veterinarian told the family that they would have to use a special chair so Daisy could eat properly. The owners quickly made such a device for the pet.
