That day was sunny and windless. Cozy little houses stood next to each other, and nothing disturbed the created idyll, except for several metal containers standing nearby, under which lay a small puppy, black and red, which no one cared about.

How long the animal was there, no one could say, but it was clear that it needed to be saved. One of the local caring residents called the animal shelter, told about the foundling and asked them to come. The man felt sorry for the puppy, which was lying alone among the garbage.

When the puppy saw the approaching people, the volunteers felt distrust in his eyes. The puppy did not show aggression, he just did not know what to expect from these people. Did they come with good intentions?

Volunteers first decided to look around, suddenly the puppy was not alone here. But, they did not find either an adult dog or other puppies. It is not known how the baby ended up near the garbage containers, so the volunteers decided to take him with them.

When the volunteer tried to take the puppy in his arms, he unexpectedly confided in him, wagging his tail. The man carried the puppy to the car in his arms. From his appearance, it was immediately clear that he was confused, but the gentle palm of the man gently touched his little body, and he realized that these people can be trusted.

First, the puppy was taken to a veterinary clinic to check his condition. The clinic staff listened to his heart, measured his body temperature, gave him the dose of anti-parasite drug he needed, which he swallowed with difficulty, and fed him. They decided not to send him to the orphanage. Oscar, as the puppy was called, was given to temporary owners. That night, for the first time in his life, he slept in a cozy and warm bed.

After some time, he will be given all the necessary vaccinations and a permanent family will be found for him. Volunteers really want to give the puppy they love to loving and caring owners.
